Ray McCormack
Lieutenant Ray McCormack has served the FDNY since 1981. He is assigned to Ladder 28 and was previously assigned to Engine 69 and he was a Firefighter in Ladder 24.
He holds a BA from the New York Institute of Technology. He was the co founder and editor of Urban Firefighter magazine.
He was a panel member on the Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Impact of Fire Attack Utilizing Interior & Exterior Streams on Firefighter Safety & Occupant Survival and currently serves on the Study of Coordinated Fire Attack Utilizing Acquired Structures.
He lectures on Engine Operations, Company Officer Leadership and Extinguishment Culture.
